Seriously (but not very), I know someone who has bought a house in Uruguay to retire to. He plans to go from Summer to Summer twice a year, avoiding all the snow. I am 
.
But 39 degrees centigrade could be too much of a good thing, as it translates to 102 degrees Fahrenheit. It's not enough to kill me -- I remember that when I was in Florence it was that hot, and I was fine with it -- but I have to be careful about the possibility of skin cancer, so I would not want to be out in the sun much when it's that hot.

No such worries here at the moment. Yesterday's blizzard brought a lot of traffic to a standstill
And on closer inspection the storks returning from Africa turned out to be penguins

Penguins are not confined to the Southern hemisphere, at least not completely. The Galapagos Penguin is the only penguin species that inhabits the Northern Hemisphere. Of course, it straddles the Equator because the Galapagos islands do.
