a half baguette roll filled with egg bacon and sausage.... orange juice, coffee and about three pints of water. A gin and tonic quite large measures...

Well... it was part of breckfast: coffee (black coffee) followed by G and T, followed by the orange juice... and about two cigarettes

Sausage & Egg MuckMuffin (, but I did have orange juice with it), Chicken Fahita wrap (bland as it could be - ever heard of chilli, Mr Sainsbury?), 2 slices of last night's Supreme Feast stuffed crust Pizza Hut pizza, microwaved.

I think I need to take a long, hard look at my diet!

ive had a chicken salad baguette, a large bag of m&m's,one tub of pringles, 2 slices of toast, and a mars bar.

I had a mouthful of chicken which was leftover takaway from last night... spat it out then I had half a glass of red wine (left over from last night), and then I had a cup of coffee and a cigarette... that was breckfast.... lunch was late, a few minutes back, I had a glass of Orange juice two toasted crumpets with butter, and a slice of organic smoked ham on one of them and some organic blue goats cheese on the other and another cigarette

2 cups of tea in bed

Another cuppa with a toasted bagel - one half Dairylea, t'other blackcurrant jam.

Having done my budget last night decided to be frugal and take a bagel with me for lunch, filled with black pepper cheddar cheese (which is delicious btw ), a sliced radish and the remains of a bag of rocket that's been sitting in the fridge for a week. It was actually rather good!

And an apple.

And have just had a bar of fruit and nut

Organic smoked ham and organic unpasturised double gloster cheese sandwich, on wholemeal bread from teh bakery, a glass of orange juice, home made chicken bacon and mushroom soup this evening, with two slices wholemeal bread, and half a bottle of red wine midafternoon. about four cups of coffee...

2 bappy rolly things with smoked bacon, sliced tomato, some smooooooth brie, a spanking bit of stilton, creamy mayo, a naughtily exciting dash of Tabasco (though Encona's way better) and a quick sultry grind of black pepper. Ooh they were lovely.
