The author of the article in question (A936768) has used instead of . It's a GuideML coding mistake rather than a bug or a browser issue. The author can easily fix it. It isn't an Edited Guide Entry.

Hi. Sorry, my bad. As you've probably guessed, i'm NOT a proficient coder. My HTML is ropey at best. I'll have a look at the entry when i have time. It still isn't finished, as mentioned, but thanks for highlighting it.
