I see from <./>testuserpage198984</.> that you've already used the HTML tag to put a link to your U-number page on ican:

You could do the same thing with an A-number page, eg:

Or you could use the GuideML LINK tag versions for these:

You can usually get away with not filling in the text and have it picked up automatically by a self-closing LINK:
