Just checked my Fotki usage and found I am now 700% over the average usage, and using 3757927 kB (average usage is 536512 kB). I am not using as much as some people, and there are some people who aren't using any space at all. It sneaks up on you.

azahar, gimme a moment and see what I can gather up for family photos. I'll post something to your Y@hoo! account as soon as I determine which ones would be suitable.

Mudhooks- tickling one's fancy china, of course! (Pass the tea, would you?)
Tanzen, I have to say that of all the people here I hadn't already seen in person or in picture, yours was the picture that was the least surprise! Your bubbly and friendly nature shows very clearly on your face and you look a right bonnie lass as my irrascable uncle used to say! back at ya! I hope your boyfriend appreciates you because I'm sure a whole new group of hootooers do.
Line up gentlemen, no pushing.....

Zoomer, tanzen was complaining that photo was 'too girly'. Go figure. Said she has this habit of 'always smiling' when a camera is pointed at her. Like this is something wrong???

All the females that have contributed pics to you are absolutely charming. (And especially you!!) I wasn't surprised at all by Tanzen's photo since she has a wonderful sense of humour. *Too girly*? Not a surprise from someone with lots of older brothers! I wish my girls had some big brothers to watch over them, but not if they ever told them they were too girly.

>big brothers to watch over them
I'm in the middle of 2 brothers, I had to wade in to protect No1 brother when he got into fights and neither of them watched over me! In fact they spent most of their time telling me I shouldn't go out without a paper bag over my head in case I scared people. As for comments over various parts of my anatomy, it's amazing I'm not in therapy

I've never been accused of being too girly. My sister was the one that got up before dawn to do all sorts of strange things to her hair (I bought a blow dryer so that she and my mum have one to use when they visit) and try on multiple outfits and makeup and all of that. I was the one that got up and pulled something off the bedroom floor, sniffed it, and if it didn't smell too bad, wore it.

LOL
I'm the youngest with two older sisters. I can relate, though since our 3 best friends who were about our ages were all guys. My sisters actually paid two of them to beat me up so I wouldn't grow up to be a sissy! Needless to say, they succeded!
Never had to wear a paper bag, though.....

This was the first time I had ever travelled on a steam train but I didn't get to keep the hat
I will find a tree soon!

I have just looked at the photo page to see if anyone else had been added since you put my pics up last week (thanks for that, by the way) and there are LOADS more. It's great fun finding out what everyone looks like.
Lady in a tree - how did you like the steam train ride? My Dad is a railway enthusiast, so I probably rode on a steam train before I could walk. My boyfriend is a train driver (big, scary, diesel freight trains), so railways seem to feature in my life. I quite like steam engines ( sad but true!).

Hi Liz - it was fun while it lasted! It was the Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway up in Scotland and the whole journey was only 7 miles! I think trains are mainly a boy thing really - but the views were nice! And there a very distinct smell about steam trains that seems to linger....and linger...!
