Dream Resignation

My wife used to work for a High Street Bank. They were very strict over employees personal bank accounts and would call anyone in who went overdrawn to ask them why. They would also call you in if you deposited an amount to see where it had come from.
My wifes dream was to win BIG on the Pools (No Lottery at that time) and to pay the winnings into her account. Wait for the call from the manager to see where it had come from so she could go in to see him and say "thats none of your business...I Quit"
She never won the pools, has never won the Lottery, but she no longer works for the bank.

There was a case a few months ago where most of the workers in a branch of the Halifax building society won on their syndicate, and all quit. The manager managed to convince them to stay an extra day so he could keep the branch open until extra staff were drafted in!
