I'd just like some hold-ups that did. The last pair rolled over at the top producing a very old lady approah instead of the sexy lace bits visible under my slit Chinese skirt. The pair before that laddered as I put them on. (No, they're not the wrong size - they're exactly the same as a perfect pair) And then there were the ones that produced an allergic reaction... And does anyone remember those over the knee socks? Does anyone still stock those? I really don't like tights (apart from black fish net)

I haven't seen over the knee socks for years, I guess that means they'll make a come-back really soon!

I heard recently that the secret with the lycra hold-ups is to keep them in the fridge, apparently heat destroys the cling bit at the top. I'd love to know if it works.

You can definitely still get over the knee socks if you look hard enough!
I got a pair in j.lewis and you could always try sock shop etc.

If your hold up rolled over but still stayed up try wearing them inside out and rolling the top over yourself. It worked for me. I of course just thought I had fat legs. Good luck
