At last after years of research we have perfected concentrated "essence-of-vest". This canister contains the distilled equivalent of over 1000 Vests and is so powerful that one small droplet accedentlay dropped in this room would create olefactory overload across the whole of HooToo. You can re-energise your Vest or use the device in offensive mode if you need to temporarily increase your potency.
The aerosol delivery device is equiped with an audible alarm hooked to a sensor array based on electronic nose technology ..... that's the black, moist dome shaped object on the top of the can
You can control dispersal of the agent by the nozzle on the top which will deliver a fine spray of diluted EOV. The agent sits within a containment capsule which if breached prematurely ..... well let's just say that that would be a bad thing and probably best if it didn't happen.
