quite a simple diagnosis here. lurking is a sure sign of nosiness. on such a forum as this it shows a high level of anxiety and a definate case of severe paranoia. what you need to ask yourself is, 'what is it i want to see written? why do i want to see it?' in your case your name says it all. you are shy and find it easier to listen. so to cure you lurk bug, or in a better sense utilise it. do you want an office here?

You have to feel safe you mean everyone holds back a little of themselves ..eve with the peopl heyre closest too..thats perfectly ntural and mormal..to reveal yourself totally is to be powerless and totally vulnerable.But you hold back a lot more than that...the brief glimpse i got on your cards i can understand that.. but still..have a little more faith in yourself

true i do hold back alot from ppl but thats because i do need to feel safe...maybe it is normal and natural to do it...but then ppl seem to think that im not tellin them becoz i dont like them...i havent got much confidence...i see what i see in a mirror...and expect other ppl to think the same...and i havent got much faith in myself coz i feel ive let alot of ppl down

You can still be friendly and get to know people without giving too much private information away...and im sure you haent let anyone down..tough suffering from
very low self esteem mysel i do know what you mean.Places like this are good for improving your confidence cos you can be you.and as you can be see its harder to be judged!
