Join the Q: Blue Supermoon

19 August, 2024 was the date of another Blue1 Supermoon2. I didn't expect to see the Moon, as the day itself had been cloudy but, like last time and the time before that, the clouds cleared just long enough for me to take a photo. Due to dust in the atmosphere from a storm over the Atlantic, the Moon had an orange-red tint (although not as bright red as the day before, when the Moon wasn't quite full and I didn't have my camera ready).
