In the h2g2 Post Bug Special it was suggested that taking photos of bugs alongside coins would be helpful, to give a sense of scale. My first attempt at 'Critters with Coins' involved a 'Daddy Longlegs Spider'.
Here is my third attempt - of an insect that is also known as Daddy Longlegs (it is a type of crane fly). Its long legs make it considerably bigger than a 50 pence piece!
