That is an oddity that there are no page numbers on the contents pages in your copy, Recumbentman - the vagaries of Print on Demand, it seems. No problems with that in my copy!
Yes, I was impressed by the size of it, even though I helped to put it all together - a worthy adornment to my coffee table indeed, and I enjoyed reading it as it contains a great range of Entries

Dmitri, I've left you a message.
As for negative reviews of our new book, I don't think you'll have to worry about it from me. I will probably say nothing more negative than that it should have been twice as big!

It's safe to come back, jackruss. I've run out of poems. Or maybe the coffee kicked in. 
The book came today, and is amazing. I expected the pictures to be larger, but I can mention that in my review, when I get around to writing one. Of course, I would need to read the book first.

I was amazed it fitted through my letterbox too - I was out on the day in question, and was definitely expecting to arrive home to a card asking me to collect it from the depot... A4 must be just the right size to be small enough to fit in with the Royal Mail Guidelines but large enough for people to say, 'Wow, that's a big paperback!' (I know I did!)
