Well as I am already aware, mine is an ENTITY not a DIGIBOX but it is up against a very STUBBORN opponent. If anyone else has one like mine that gets 360 typed in STILL flashes blue & refuses to do anything in spite of pressing blue/red buttons well dont give up on it. It yo versus the GREEN EYED DRAGON!! & h2g2 comes first!

you're welcome... the more digibox users able to access the conversations the better...

i'm testing an idea from manda at the mo' that would make it even a bit easier... [at least it would save a bit of time in accessing 360...] and there is also the preferences being changed from single page to frames that needs to be looked into: it does cut down on frozen screens but seems to create more blue messages... tho' by pressing the blue key instead of the ok one it keeps them under control...

still a lot to do but it is definitely getting there....

I'll certainly be giving the 360 a go. Have you any ideas on the 'PACE' problem I keep getting? Or am I gonna have to keep waiting for the box to re-load for evermore?

Tips and suggestions welcome.

i kinda assume that when you say PACE problems you're talking about digibox switching off itself... and then when it starts again we can see PACE "wrtten" for a while where the channels numbers are usually displayed... actually samarkand has the same problem too [maybe even worse..]

if it is that problem... yes T.WEST switch off the machine when they think that the machine needs to be re-booted so that it can be more efficient [well in theory anyway...] it has happened to mine to be re-booted like that 5 times in a row...

on this one we can only pray that the next "upgrade" [to be translated as "fixing things so that the system might work as it was supposed to...] will cut down on this need for the machine to be re-booted so much...

but then again don't hesitate complaining to T.WEST about your machine not being up to scratch when using tv interactive... it might need a good check-up too... so it might be worth phoning them...

Helloooooo . I've tried calling them - but alas, no joy (as usual)! lol. I suppose you've already heard the news that LD will be a thing of the past as from the end of October? A new 'Chat' system is gonna be running called YOOME2, it will also be a 'chargable' site for the use of TW digibox users only! We're going to lose an awful lot of friends on there.

yep i just come back from there... wanted to check what was on offer... i'm not impressed by the idea of paying money to be able to swear in chat... the smiley here is as much efficient me thinks and it's free of charge... plus the library won't be the same...

and yes i noticed about only PAYING T.WEST customers being able to access the site...

not good news at all...
