I only managed to catch a few blue subs until 
they took away my NTL 
But what I saw was awesome. Reminded me of the graphics in the Grandia cut scenes with the gorgeous computer generated backgrounds and the classically animated characters over it. The story was great too.

How can one regiment surrender?
That would just reduce the number of soldiers fighting.
