we cannot surrendor a thread, only pull troops out of the thread to fight in a different location ie a different existing thread where there is fighting.

You will have to retreat from each thread you don't want to fight in. Giving the illusion of a surrender, but not directly surrendering. We won't stop fighting in a thread unless -

a) there is a treaty or deal made
b) you surrender the battle
c) you retreat

Yes, but we already put a cease fire in a few nights ago that I consider important to negotiations. You don't get that free by pulling out of the treaty

basically we stop fighting in four threads, two of your choice, two of ours.
None of the cease fires are called 'surrender' cos we're both too stubborn for that.

But stopping fighting in the four convos is to be called a permanant cease fire.

That is unacceptable. WMD and no new convos are something you want. It's what you are bargaining for, not us. Alright, how about this, we call a cease fire in 2 threads, you retreat in one, or surrender?

It's essentially the same thing. Do you have some terms you'd like to present instead of rejecting mine?

I'm not rejecting yours. I'm just requesting that rather than referring to it as surrender, we refer to it as cease fire.

Retreating is not surrendering. Retreating means that you leave the thread. Surrendering means that you give up and let us take prisoners.

Spook did not say retreating is unacceptable.

No new convos benfits you equally! As does no WMDs! Those are simply suggestions to make the fighting more contained for both sides and more fair.

Fine But Let the record show that the Terranic Army called the cease fire on those threads, okay? I'll recommend this to the big Ostrich. The following actions are agreed upon-

No new convos
No Terrans on 3N
No WMD
Up to three threads shut down
