Well lots has happened since last week hasn't it... absolutely no-one came round 'Trick or Treating'... much to my disgust.

I had a bucket of water all ready to throw at any child that dared to ring the door bell at the Lair; I do so love tricking the little rascals. But not a soul turned up, maybe they had learnt their lesson last year, the brick in the sock went down so well!!


After the disastrously poor Halloween, along came November the 5th, which, I don’t know about you, seems to last longer every year. In fact I would swear that the '5th' now lasts nearly two months, but saying that, I have enjoyed a few pops and bangs most nights. The doctor thinks I am slightly allergic to high fibre foods, so maybe I should stop eating it, not that I mind, I've always thought sugary foods are better for me any way. ~wink~

There was a nice response to last week's scary quiz, Ghost Muddle. We had several replies, and I am happy to announce that three researches counted the correct number of ghosts. There were, for those who had troubles, 40 ghosts in total. The winners are: Amy the Ant, Kandyman and Marjin. Well done to all three of you, and all the others (to numerous to mention) who gave it a go.

Okay, on to matters of great importance, we thought we would give both our regular writers and readers a warning that The Post will not be published on Thursday 21st November 2002. Both Shazz (The Editor) and Greebs (The Slave... err.. Deputy Editor) are taking a well earned rest for a week. But don't fear, the Post will return the following week, bright eyed and bushy tailed, and of course there will be a Post for you next week.
