I peeled and chopped some raw and will use it for baking. The trick is to not melt it before using. Works fine in sponge-like cakes.

The other day I saw that video on FB on different ways of making buns. I managed to hold myself back for almost 3 days. Today 24 was here and we baked a load of cardamom and cinnamon buns, various size and shape, too.
