The Badlands
Coniraya Posted Jul 12, 2002
I think I may have over done it
*where Bonnie was previously standing, is now a mini tumbleweed mountain*
The three of us look even more obvious now
The Badlands
Garius Lupus Posted Jul 12, 2002
Aw, you look great, Caer.
*Mounts up and starts moving.*
Tumble after me, tumbleweeds!
Won't be here until Sunday, so don't get to the pass before then - I don't want to miss the action.

dElaphant (and Zeppo his dog (and Gummo, Zeppos dog)) - Left my apostrophes at the BBC Posted Jul 12, 2002
/* Covers Zeppo in tumbleweeds, then as he covers himself notices a dog-shaped tumbleweed running off in the wrong direction after a rattlesnake. Pursues. */
Zeppo! No!
The Badlands
An Earl Called Lucan-Jello Posted Jul 14, 2002
*slung over the horses back in an undignified way, his hands tied to his feet underneath the horses belly and his bottom pointing up to the sky*
I say - this rather reminds me of prep school what !
The Badlands
Carmel Bunny, spokes stuffie for cute things everywhere Posted Jul 14, 2002
Carmel completes disguising the little red wagon and pugs as clumps of tumble weed. This being far from the most undignified costume imposed on them, the pugs take it in stride.
Blue Bear, rather put out by his inability to even be noticed for his attempts to dislocate AMCJ's knee cap, braces himself against the pants leg, sets both feet against the side of the patella, and puts his back into it.
"Come on, luxate, you poopy old knee cap! He took my doggie!!!"
The Badlands
soeasilyamused, or sea Posted Jul 14, 2002
*arches an eyebrow at AMCJ but pointedly doesn't ask*
blue bear, can i help you? the kneecap removal doesn't seem to be working. would you like a screwdriver?
*grins, watching AMCJ's face*
The Badlands
Dizzy H. Muffin Posted Jul 14, 2002
[X] [unseen] Actually, it only takes ten pounds of force to pop off a human kneecap.

Amy the Ant - High Manzanilla of the Church of the Stuffed Olive Posted Jul 14, 2002
*worries about why YK is in possession of that fact*
The Badlands
Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Jul 14, 2002
*having covered herself and Gandalf in tumbleweed, leads percheron to big rock to facilitate mounting for herself and Sol*
Ready when you are!
The Badlands
dElaphant (and Zeppo his dog (and Gummo, Zeppos dog)) - Left my apostrophes at the BBC Posted Jul 14, 2002
/* Rounds a boulder to find himself faced by two dog-shaped tumbleweeds facing two rattlesnakes. Only one is a real tumbleweed-covered dog in real danger. The problem is knowing which one. */

Garius Lupus Posted Jul 14, 2002
*Starts riding towards the pass, and, since somebody's got to do it, begins to sing:*
Cares of the past are behind,
Nowhere to go, but I'll find,
Just where the trail will wind,
Drifting along with the tumblin' tumbleweeds . . .
The Badlands
Dizzy H. Muffin Posted Jul 14, 2002
[X is heard giving a bemused chuckle, although it is far from clear where he is.]
The Badlands
Coniraya Posted Jul 14, 2002
*the mini tumbleweed mountain follows the singing*
Can you hear ter Witty? Or was it just a gentle zephyr blowing through the prairie grass?
The Badlands
Dizzy H. Muffin Posted Jul 14, 2002
[X] [entering her field of vision] It was me. [exits her field of vision and stays out]
The Badlands
soeasilyamused, or sea Posted Jul 14, 2002
*wonders if a stuffed animal is capable of creating 10 pounds of force*
The Badlands
Dizzy H. Muffin Posted Jul 14, 2002
[You mean exerting force?]
How does one "exert" the Force?
[Not THAT Force.]
Oh, sorry.
The Badlands
Coniraya Posted Jul 14, 2002
X, was that you? I can't see much past all this tumbleweed!
The Badlands
dElaphant (and Zeppo his dog (and Gummo, Zeppos dog)) - Left my apostrophes at the BBC Posted Jul 15, 2002
/* Notices one of the dog-shaped tumbleweeds wagging it's tail, and quickly sends a staple into the rattlesnake nearest to it, then turns to go back to the posse. */
Zeppo, come!
