I just got the most supportive and wonderful e-mail from my sister.
However, we caught a beautiful stray cat that had been sneaking in at night and stealing our cat's food. I elected to keep him, but SOMEONE can't stand the smell of spraying cats. That makes me mad.

I'm not in a good mood anyway, and I've just finished reading a really well written book about super depressing issues. And now I've found out that the darkside thread has been closed!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! They can't close it! They just can't! Why? Why? I need another scream:
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Nope, not working.

I feel betrayed. Not nearly as bad as a couple of days ago though. I was so mad then that I couldn't come here because it would've blown all your ears out.
Now I'm just at screaming level.

I am so irritated, so depressed, so confused...I'm dating an older woman. She's 52 years old and lives quite far away from me. It started out great but in the last two weeks she's become so immature and childish. I think she's lying to me and probably even using me.
So, here's my scream....*ahem*....
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Be honest and tell her exactly how you feel. She may not realise what she's doing. If she's going to continue to behave this way, I say dump her. Seriously, she's too old to be childish and immature. I know this and I'm waaaayyyy younger than her.

I have MS and it has affected my mobility - how long I can stand, walk about, the kind of walking (up hills, long flights of stairs, uneven ground). A travel company we trust did a trip to Syria, places like Palmyra, Krak des Chevaliers, that kind of thing. We decided to go "while I still can". We went last week and I found I already can't do many of the places. The ground at Ugarit and Apamea was deemed too uneven. I couldn't make it up the slope to the church of St Simeon Stylites and I had to be carried up to the Krak des Chevaliers. It meant that I couldn't see some of the places I really wanted to see.
I thought I'd come to terms with my condition, but when I couldn't make it up to the church of St. Simeon I cried.
Oh, and here's another reason for my scream of rage and frustration. I've ordered a brand new Smart fourtwo Passion. The launch date for the new model was 15th September. I knew I wouldn't get it on that date, but I was told it would be delivered on the 18th. We were on holiday then, so I arranged to have it delivered on 2nd - the day after we got back. All through the holiday I was looking forward to getting that car. When we got back, hubby had messages on his mobile. He contacted the dealer and was told that Smart had put back delivery on about 600 vehicles including mine. I won't get my car until Thursday.
OK, here's my scream. AAAAAAAAGGGGGGRRRRRHHHH!

There, that's it, get it all out in one go- you'll feel much better!
Sounds like you have a really raw deal there! I can't say I know how you feel, but I sympathise with your tears over not being able to see the places you wanted to.

My car insurance was canceled without so much as a peep from the company. My mobile's been turned off. And I really want to break things off with my girlfriend, but she's living with me and my mum.

I feel another scream coming on, which means another rant.
We're close to moving to the house we inherited from mum-in-law. Shortly after her death we asked BT to suspend the phone line and reserve the number for it. A couple of weeks ago I rang BT to re-activate the line, but was told I couldn't have the number. I explained it had been reserved for us. Even then there seemed to be problems getting 'our' number allocated to our phone. The man we spoke to said he'd see what he could do. Three days later the phone was working, but it wasn't the number we wanted.
I phoned BT again to see about getting the number changed. I was told that only the person who reserved it could 'claim' the number, so I put hubby on to deal with the problem. We were told there should be no problem, and it would take two working days to get the number changed. Hubby gave them three and then called again. This time he was told it should have been 'five working days'. We waited a week from the previous call - still no number change. Hubby called again. The reason we didn't have 'our' number was it was still 'locked', and they can't change a phone to a 'locked' number. The number is now 'unlocked'. If we're lucky we'll have the number on Friday.
We have called BT a total of four times, each time being told something different, and we still haven't had a satisfactory result.

And another thing. I'll be transferring my internet connection to our new home. I contacted my ISP to ask whether I could transfer now, or whether I should wait for the number to be changed. The response I got from customer 'service' was just a repeat of what was on the website. I know all that stuff and none of it answers my question.
