I like to stay for the credits, but if everyone else is leaving, I generally go along with them. In a crowded cinema you might as well leave because you can't see over the row in front who've just stood up.
I caught the Bugs Life "outtakes" from just near the door.

poor, deprived child...
the credits are still going when everyone's finished standing up...it's the end of the credits that's the best bit...

Yes, but by then the people you're with are probably kicking you whilst trying to get past.

I get very annoyed with the television networks that mess with the credits! Especially when you recognize an actor, but can't remember where you saw them before, so you wait for the credits to find out who it is, and they squish them down tiny and skinny so you can't read them!

but come on, how can they show you clips that if you waight for about 3 minets you will see in the program any way

I'm guilty too. I have no idea why, either, as it goes in one eye and out the other. I never remember anything from the credits, so I don't even have the music excuse. Still. It's interesting. And nice to know there are others out there!
And yes, it is infuriating when TV messes with the credits. We should petition...

Exactly. Last night I finally watched "Wild Wild West" on cable. (All I can say is "What was Kenneth Branaugh thinking?") Anyway, having missed some of the opening credits, I was unsure initially and later became convinced that James Cromwell was playing Ulysses S. Grant. Much to my dismay (but not surprise) the final credits were TOO SMALL and I never did find out who played Grant.

Same thing happened to me with Rush Hour. I want to know who played the English guy.

The Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com) gives Kevin Kline as Grant and Tom Wilkinson as Thomas Griffin - He played Gerald in the Full Monty, which will be why I recognised him.
