I have just uncovered evidence of a MASSIVE conspiracy!!! Reports indicate that Foot & Mouth was and is a complete fraud! The government was using it as an excuse to ethnically cleanse sheep from highly sensitive areas, where secret anti-sheep research installations have been set up. If word gets out, this government could be branded along with such evil wartime governments as Hitler's Nazis and Milosevic's government in Serbia. The callousness of the paperwork and reports I have in my hand at this very moment (well, not this _very_ moment. I'm typing with both hands at this _very_ moment) is shocking and quite disturbingly evil.
