Sheep and history
Wargamer (The Wanderer) Posted Feb 18, 2002
Hey, here's a thought about 'Wolf in Sheep's Clothing':
Sheep=Dumb (ie: wrong) version = Wolf looks like sheep. Sheep don't notice. Wolf leaps out. Eats sheep. The End.
Sheep=Smart (ie: Correct) version = Wolf looks like sheep. Sheep batter him because he smells like a wolf covered in rotting mutton. Wolfs genetals found hanging from tree next morning. 'Nuf said.
Does it work on people...

I will... maybe something about why wolves are rarely seen in the UK nowadays... they're all pretending to be sheep so they don't get pummelled! ... maybe.

Perhaps, after many years of hostile co-existence, the sheep finally formed a peace treaty with our wolves, and took them into protective care when they looked threatened. Do you think we ought to open our organisation up to wolves?
Hmm... "A on hand is worth both of George Bush (i.e. Snr. and Jnr.)"

[Wolves are fine... but NO Luna Wolves (they'll kill us all!) or Space Wolves (they really need to shave, and are probably too thick to use the door anyway...).
Other than that, Okay! ]

I would agree to banning Space Wolves, but only because it's the thin end of the wedge towards accepting Ultramarines. Last thing you want in a subversive organisation (or, in my opinion, anywhere else) is an ultramarine.

I think Ultramarines would know the value of stealth, but Space Wolves definately wouldn't! Dark Angels would as they're always upto sneaky stuff...
Maybe Marines should be left out?

Ultramarines are not mentally equipped to deal with ambiguity. It's all black or white (or is it black or blue). They are the epitome of rigid inflexibility. And they're really easy to paint so most novice know-nothings take them as an army, based around the basic units they got in the 40K box. Just turn up to a GW gaming day and see how those blue guys outnumber all other troops put together.
