*There is more muffled shouting from inside the hat. It appears to be an argument over whether the hat should shrink itself back to its original size. Judging by the smug look of the hat, it appears that the hat is enjoying its new stature and it not yet prepared to resume its previous shape. Muffled curses can now be heard from inside the hat and the hat shakes as if from repeated impacts from the inside.*

*peeks under the hat...*
"Eww! Such violence!"
*watches some more.* "Can he do that?"



"Red Dog, Look!!! A Giant Ant, Right Behind You!!!"

*waits for him to look, then steals the book.*
"Oh, Mom...Could you come hear a moment?"
*casts a shrinking spell. shrinks until she's the size of a catapillar.*

Here, Gyrados! It's suppertime...

*looks over shoulder then back again and notices his Big Bumper Book of Spells (Magicians Guild Book Club Millenium Edition) is missing*

*notices the old hat looking at him in a bemused and mischevious fashion*

*Gulp!*

*sticks her thumb in her mouth.
Re-inflates herself.* Nice try, kiddo. Hya, gimme that book!









Heh heh. Book of the month club has some neat spells.Let's see...












Red Dog is now a Chihuahua. His robe is as big on him as the hat is on Motley. starts laughing and drops the book, perilously close to a certain hat...

Yap !

*watches the chiuhuahua struggle out of the robe and make a mad dash toward the book...*

*scampers up to the Big Bumper Book of Spells and attempts to turn the pages with its cute but very small nose*

Yap Yap Yap !

*excited*

*The hat moves across the floor towards the book, seemingly against some resistance from within. It struggles over the book, knocking the Chihuahua away. From inside the hat, the resistance ceases after a barely audible "Ooooh!" is heard. Pages can be heard being flipped.*

*blink*

::Rummages through the cloak and produces two small flagons marked "Drink me and places them on the floor::

One makes you bigger and one makes you smaller but Lewis Carrol never said which is which.

*The hat shuffles over, against the pull of teeth and covers up the two potions. Another muffled argument can be heard from under the hat, which finally ends with the sound of a cork popping. A few seconds later, the hat is lifted into the air by the rapidly expanding Motley. When he finishes growing, the walls shake with his booming laughter.*

HA HA HA. Well, at least the hat fits now.

*Motley pockets the second vial (which grew along with him) and looks at the miniature book (which didn't grow).*

Hmmm. This could be a problem.

*blink* hehehe *blink*

*hangs from brim of hat thirty feet up in the air by his teeth*
