That's a relief for me about the Emperor's Chump-ion; If I had to fight Iyandes' High Marshal Meridius when he had a 4+ Invulnerable I'd go mad!
As for N'kai, he doesn't have two magic swords, he has one; the Blade of Darting Steel (automatically wounds). The Sword of Striking (+1 Ws) and the Hydra Sword (+3 attacks) are built into his profile.
However, N'kai is not invincible. I've seen him go down from an attack by an Imperial Captain with a Lance (damn knights!). He's really fun to fight with, but was mainly built to fill in some 'fluff' background (I'm not going into it here! Suffice to say, he's supposed to be an ancient and powerful warrior). He's tough, but not invincible.

lol, i just realised the iron halo on the Emperors Champion. I checked the codex (Armagedon) and it doesn't say, or i can't find, that the iron halo is in addition or the only 1 in the army. He is a special chara, just not like any other because he "doesn't use up any choices on the Force Orginisation chart" so none of his items should either.

Could your find out which White Dwarf the Iron Halo thing was in plz
The Marshal and body gaurd doesn't cost much, i can fit them in a 1500pts army with lots of other Templars (3 sqauds of ten, 2 in a Rhino) and a Vindicator. The Vamp on average is the same points as any other but the combinator of Bloodline Powers and Items make him nails.

Hey guys, I'm working on a second RPG game, this time a fantasy one called Heroes of Legend. It's based on some stuff I made a while ago; a fantasy RPG game based on Warhammer (with some modifications, obviously ). It's still a long way from finished, but if anyone's interested, I'd like to know. The main page is here: A755129 but the rest is far from finished.

i really hate invunerable saves, fine my Chaos Marine Daemons got 5= invunerable saves, but i could never make them anyway!
space marines (or at least the ones i play against) always pass their invunarable saves if they have them.
imagine the scene - "Ha! your commander's just been wounded by my veteran with a power fist twice! surely you won't save it!"
*rolls a double 6.*
"grrr"

Blackmane. WD257. The one where inquisitor is released.
"The intention is that the Emperor's Champion gets the amy's one and only Iron Halo. Don't be fooled by that halo-like growth on the back of the force commander's back in the photos, that's his UHF aerial (ahem!)." Andy Chambers no page 77, Codex Armagedon Q+A.

I never understood the "(ahem!)". Is Andy chambers ashamed of having Long Wave radio?

Cheers, i'll look in2 the Iron Halo thing and possably buy my marshal Terminator Armour. It is cheaper then buying Artificer and a Halo but i wanted the ability 2 go in2 Rhinos, oh well i'll have 2 do with the 5up invunerable save .

No. Chaos is dark and fickle. The Elves are where our faith should lie!
