No, Vamp Counts r really good. U just have 2 know how 2 use them (e.g. don't even try a themed Blood Dragon army, u'll b nailed in a turn). the only disadvantage for my is NO MISSILE TROOPS AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH. If ya want them u've gotta pay like 300pts on the Dogs Of War units.
