Not much possibility of rain forecast for the weekend either...

Doobry - Isolated T-Storms 91°
Dontbry - Mostly Sunny 89°
Yes, cards... frizbees for the energetic types.... a folding table in case all the picnic tables are taken (we'll call today to see if there's still any available), but croquet is about the limit of the exercise level we're likely to be able to handle in that heat.

Yes, Moops Ball - the new game of h2g2 - the obscure nature of the game should make perfect to be named the *official* game of h2g2!

Oops.... I've just been informed that my memory is at fault..... you had to leave before the introduction of Moops Ball....
It is a unique game that Shea and TJ introduced to us, which I'm sure they'll be glad to do an entry on as soon as they have time to type it up.

Moops Ball: Official Rules
Number of players: plenty
Exuipment: Raquettes, three shuttlecocks, one fuzzy green ball, and one kickball.
Arena: that little space between the cars, trees, picnic tables, and the road.
Play: While kicking the ball (not into the road) bop the shuttlecocks and green ball under the blazing sun with the raquettes.
Score: Winner is the last person standing after others collapse from heat stroke.
