I'm interested, but I'm getting married in the beginning of July. If it's any other time, I'd certainly make an effort!

Hmm... Maybe time it as part of Shea's honeymoon, if they don't already have plans set in stone...?

Oh, and if it's near July 12, I can use it as a suggestion for my anniversary gift from Tom... (And my first h2g2 anniversary is July 11, but I don't think he'll care about that...)

It'll be my eight-year anniversary on July 9. How odd, so many weddings all grouped together...

Shea, we'll try to work it so you can attend. It just wouldn't be right without you.

Amy's right. The whole concept is a 'maybe' right now. If we get enough interest, I can make some calls and set some things up. But for now....

I would love to attend. Depending on the date, that is. Poor abused that I am, I have to be on a cruise in June...

Well - since I'm apparently the only one not getting married or having an anniversary I have to do something!

I think my travel dates are June 17-30. Who knows - maybe I'll go against my own policy on these things and come back married to some nut I met onboard. Of course don't hold your breath on that - why make one man miserable when I can make so many so happy?

We'd love to come along too. Please put us on the definitely maybe list. If we can, we'll be there!

For the terminally dense, who among Les Editors shall I sign up?

Hello Jimi! I have only been part of the h2g2 community for a few days,but I think meeting some of the friendly people here sounds like a great idea! Please keep me posted! I'm trying to think of a good place to meet. So far, Hershey sounds like the best idea(but that's only because I'm an admitted chocoholic ) Please put me on the list and keep me up to date with any changes, thank you!

OK, a bit off topic, but oh, well... Would my friends who are thinking of going please start nagging me to mention this to Tom? I can't think of any way to bring it up! If I could get him to get back on here, I could have him look at my journal--that would also get the idea of 2legs and Light visiting sometime up front... Or maybe Tac, as the only one on the list besides me to post anything to Tom (OK, so on here he's Thomas Didymus, but that's too long a name ) could post something to his space mentioning the meet? (I know I'm rambling... I'm very tired and should go to bed...) Of course, that would only work if Tom'd get back on... (He's busy, and, unfortunately, not really that interested in h2g2 yet--I think he's been on less than an hour altogether...) So I think the nagging me part would work the best... So Tac, Amy, Shea, Abi... Give me ideas on how to bring this up! I know none of you know him, but all i can do is say 'That won't work...' and I'll even try to think of good reasons why before I say that...
