Till now, I didn't realize how poor my understanding of the English language is.

"When you try to login following the upgrade you will have to do so via the new system. You should use your existing login details - it will migrate your details, asking for some extra information, and you'll then be logged in with your existing DNA identity and U-number".

Is there a section at h2g2 for growing demented "researchers"?

Yes, mine ís getting grey.
But I'm still not yet over it.
Covering it up every day with wax, what makes it darker all the way.

But - as always - the real life at h2g2 is mercyless confronting...

I'm just peeved that they've knocked the minimum password length up to seven characters. smiley - cross

That is annoying, actually. My current password is only six letters long.

I'll tell you one thing, it's a deeply sad person who wants to defraud the BBC and pretend they're me.

On the Hub version of this thread it has been suggested that we increase the length of our passwords by changing it to 'Bxllxcks'.

Sounds reasonable enough to me smiley - ok

I'm not really here

I like that idea! Luckily I'm already at 7. The rest of you should think yourself lucky that they didn't decide to make us all use a number in it as well.
