I'd heard before that... One of my friends is an obsessive fan.

I was in the audience for a Mel and Sue radio recording the other week, it was great, they're good. And I don't think tickets are that hard to get hold of, if anyone's interested.

They might have finished now, but its a good night out, and it's free and a bit different. I'll try another one... smiley - smiley

I once went to see a show called 'Comic Strip' at Raymond's Review Bar, with a load of total unknowns; like French and Saunders, Rick Mayle and Alexi Sayle - so you never do know who you're going to be watching... smiley - smiley

"I'm Sorry, I Haven't A Clue" is rather excellent live... It's been a while since I last made it to a recording (London, Paris Road studios, 1987) but if there is ever one in feasable travel distance I'll be there like a shot. smiley - runsmiley - ok

I used to listen to it on the radio, but never been to one of the recordings. It's somehow the kind of thing you know you really ought to do, but never get around to, if you know what I mean...

Absolutely. Best comedy act I ever saw was the Reduced Shakespeare Company doing the Bible.

They are excellent. I haven't seen their new show, but I'm in London for a bit next week. I'll have a looksee- I vaguely remember seeing something on those mini- billboards next to Underground elevators.

Hey, Thanks Robbie.

If their character voices are appropriate, I certainly don't see why a female Shooty and Bang-Bang couldn't be incorporated. There aren't a lot of female roles in HGTTG, and the second most famous is never even shown! (I am refering, of course, to Eccentrica)

Thanks, again.

LOL, RK

As if it would be possible to escape the tri-D adverts and the round-the-chronopiece coverage of the most well-publicized major vacation destinations of space-time.

She has certainly become the largest cottage industry and entertainment marketing success of the more fashionable end of the galaxy.
