Lady Scott, I was just kidding. smiley - smiley

I know sunrises are real.
It's just that I see far more sunsets than sunrises.
Sunsets can be beautiful, too. smiley - ok

mmm...sunrises are more sort of uplifting, though, and sunsets are more relaxing...kind of appropriate really smiley - tongueout

Sunsets in winter and early spring are sort
of gentle and pastel. If I had any talent
with watercolors, I would try painting them.
Of course, I'm so slow that I would keep wishing
they'd stand still so I could get them down
on the canvas. smiley - erm

There's a beautiful hymn I've heard sung several times, most recently at a family funeral.
It begins; "I see the sunrise" and includes the line "You are always close to me" smiley - cry I can't hear this without coming over all weepy, the sentiments are beautiful

My first thought was that it was
"Abide with me," but that one is concerned
with sunset.

I'll have to try to remember to look through the hymnals at church tomorrow morning and see if I can find anything like that.
