My articles on "Rodgers and Hammerstein" and "History of Musical Theater" should be put back, then. smiley - smiley

They are already included in the FrontPage Archive, U230056, as they were announced, eg as "This Week's University Project". They could still have a separate page of course.

Question: when compiling a project, if one is a sub-editor, is one required to enlist another sub? Or is one's own qualification enough?

This is excellent. I can finally get around to my project on Ohio's Cities that Rhyme with 'Bill' smiley - winkeye

I've taken a look at the Faculty pages. Love the graphics. Are they new? I don't remember them being there before, at any rate.

I don't know the history with your entries, Paul. If you fancy dropping by my Personal Space we can have a chat about that and maybe work out what to do next.

Echomikeromeo - Edited Entries are always subbed by someone else, even if the entry was written by a Sub-editor, so yes, you would still need to get another Sub to check the work for you. It's just that 'fresh pair of eyes' thing.

Thanks to Jodan and Mina for doing this. Between the pair of you I think you've helped us make a great start on identifying the existing projects.

There were lists on the original Faculty pages (and yes, they are brand new badges, based on the old designs) of completed and half-finished projects, but they weren't definitive by any means, which was why I removed them. I might still have the text somewhere though, so that could be added to the page.

SchrEck Inc.

Hey folks,

nice to see this activism just because of my post... smiley - winkeye I'd like to offer my help for compiling the 'Finished Projects' page on the basis of the old uni pages Jimster spoke of. I thought of categorising them by faculty. Jodan, anything you'd like me to do?

I don't think it's necessary to change the 'Finished Projects' page every so often. You wouldn't expect new finished projects every day, would you? If there's a finished project to be added, it might be feasible to simply use EF for updates.

"Can there be also a Faculty for 'Red-Tape' ?

I proposed such before, but many of the Help pages are outdated and can have some rewrite/ refurbishing.

Also the Categorisation can have another dusting off, the changes early this year made them fit in the < <./>/dna/h2g2/pda/C889</.> > skin, but the content still is not really sorted.

My writing skills are apparently too slow for the Edited Guide and these 'Red-Tape' projects would take forever.

These are also not projects remotely about gaining credits for the entries as they would need many Researchers involved. "

It's an observatory!

(Powered by hamsters)

We have a huge 'to do' list that we're slowly working through. We'd promised earlier this year that the University would return and we wanted it to be up and running for the first weeks of the 'real' university year. Categorisation and reworking the Help Pages / FAQs are both on the list, so it's just a case of us having the time to get round to them.

Thank you for getting the Uni back up & running. I feel tempted towards another entry - the two I did within the "old" Uni were challenging but very rewarding.

I think it might be a good idea to leave the project page in Peer Review for two weeks rather than just one. If a project contains lots of entries then reviewers will need more time than usual to check through them. The other steps are bound to take a long time, anyway, so I think it's a pity to rush the last one.

Strangely one of them is categorised, but not showing in the category when you click the crumbtrail. smiley - ermA595497 (the first page)

It's not very well linked together, but it's the first six 'wildlife gardening' entries on this page. A651025 In fact it's so badly linked together that I think I need to update them. I also have a project on Paris, which is why I've got two badges. The volunteer list I posted up is out of date, as it should have my name on their twice - once for each account.

There are more projects listed here (including my Paris one) - C1010

When I get more time I'll flick through your list and see if I can remember any that aren't on it. I nagged quite a few people about their uni projects!
