Any respectable Pantheon needs a large number of small-and-amorphous-yet-vaguely-humanoid dark-black things to do their less-tasteful bidding. Okay, so not really, but it's the best excuse I could come up with for being one. I could always reproduce by mitosis and make more, in order to better distribute various responsibilities. We shouldn't be THAT hard to keep track of. Just because we're even sneakier than that one guy from Mr. Deeds, why would we be hard to keep track of???
