No, your honour, there is actually tea in there. You have to brew the tea leaves in hot water to make the drink, to which you can then add milk. That's why this isn't a cup of tea leaves.

Umm, your honour, the right to breath is set out clearly in sections four hundred and four through four hundred and sixty-seven of the defendants' rights act which this court passed some fifteen centuries ago, and which is still in effect.
