Today I shall start a series of criminal proceedings against researchers who fail to properly participate in the choses of the community.
The first case concerns Resarcher U100.

I therefore find the accused guilty of wanton dis-interest in H2G2 and thus sentence hir to. hmmm... Having the Psersonal Space henceforth only displayed in Alabaster and it being taken away for Moderation purposes every third odd week of the next two years.

Well, yes, but as there are no cases awaiting judgement ATM, I thought I might just ajudicate *something*. What's the good of being a Judge when there's no-one to be judged?
But don't worry, I will not run amok and sentence everybody who's not participating properly...
