OK - if you want to include something more in your entry, you should write a few sentences down, either in your original entry or just post if here. I'll try to include that if you're ready.
I'm just here for typos, GuideML and links, you see... the content is your part.

Nerd42, there's not a single link missing, you just had linked to the Uncyclopedia main page twice. Equally .

O I C, by looking at http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/Test9936697 I now see that the link I was thinking of (uncyclopedia's article about h2g2) is now listed in the "References"
it says:
"
"
How is that a reference? It was just supposed to be something h2g2 readers and researchers could look at and/or edit that they are likely to be familiar with. (so they can see how uncyc deals with topics)

Ah, that's the problem. Nowadays, sections like 'Further Reading' (only containing a list of links and nothing more) are frowned upon, because they couldn't be displayed properly on mobile systems. We're supposed to move the links into the section you've seen, and they show up in the right hand margin, not in the text. Please have a look at right hand margin of your entry - it's just another way of showing them, really.

oh well that's a shame - who reads that?

SchrEck Inc. Posted Mar 29, 2006
Well, it's in fact used very often - nearly all edited entries do that -for links that do not fit in the text, and I would think that a lot of people (me, certainly) have a look at the margin.
BTW, what about the UnNews thingy, then? I'd like to return the entry soon...

Have a look at ComingUp and you can get an idea of when it will be in.
Btw - how did you get that past the profanity filter? I'm going to have to yikes it,

Why would anyone want to the word 'crap'? It's not offensive, it's not profane, it's not a swearword, it's just a 'slang' word for faeces.

Elentari Posted Apr 16, 2006
I don't object to it, but it does offend some people.
If the mods have no problem with it, it'll stay and no harm done.

Cool. I must admit that I was a little surprised to see it in the post. If the Father Jack word's filtered I'd have thought 'crap' would be too, but I'm pleased it isn't. It's a pretty harmless word.
Key: Complain about this post
