I'm just going to take a wild guess here, but I *think* this is Pele's nest. Pele is a pelican.

Aye. We lost our crow's nest once - but since we had Pele we decided to build a replacement fit for a smiley - pirate pelican instead

It has a hottub and a NSDW (Not So Dumb Waiter) able to serve smiley - stiffdrinksmiley - cool

We don't see him often these days, but when we do it is frequently in the hot tub

Looks a bit wet. Yesterday the news had a captain of a luxury boat on the radio who had decided he had invested to much in the boat to risk it in dock; he was going to meet the storm out at sea.

Haven't heard a thing from him since. smiley - erm

"HMS Bounty" went under. Two people died, captain included as far as I'm told. Why they decided to move the mother of all mutiny ships is beyond me. But I know too little to judge.

fourty years ago I actually walked on the deck of that ship. It is rather small to be out in gale force winds.

I believe the captain felt that the ship would more likely suffer damage in Port than on the high seas. Unfortunately that decision put his whole crew in danger and ultimately cost him his life.

I thought the one that sank was a replica of the Bounty, not the original.

A replica, yes, built for the film half a century ago

Had also been used in "Pirate of the Carribean"

I guess they'll need to build another replica ship.
