The only display I can put on just now is of a guy with a sore back - my wife is not heavy but lift her over your head a few times & you start to feel it! The class is also at a University club, which is mildly depressing because you tend to feel the decade or so between you & most of the rest of the class! Give it a few years & we may be up to demonstration standard! (or in traction). {I'll keep an eye on my mail BTW).
Another wouldn't go amiss if there's any more in the pot

Meat with watermelon? I don't think so. Why don't you just carve a hole in the top of it and fill it with vodka or kirsch or something? Always makes a nice dessert on a hot summerday
