over the sea. Going that way. There's an island over there. Let me see. Reasonably flat, white parrot-fish-poo sand, bit of a reef we would need to skim over but there also appears to be some with and a couple of hammocks waiting for us. I believe we are on our fourth turn around the globe and going (due to a quick visit to NZ to check out what's happening and offer some help if possible) from south to north... Did we decide on clockwise or anti?

Off we trot then. Pilot! Land us if you please! Before the cap'n decides to swim there...

So Capt, what is the chance of you granting you crew shore leave on "Captain's Delight"

One expert mentioned that a ship in deep water would hardly notice a Tsunami. The force travels along the floor of the ocean and only exibits itself as large waves when it reaches shallow water.
So let us hope the tsunami considers the blood to be someone elses problem.

We'll be fine on the Blood but I would suggest on the island, there could be a flood...

The Hawaiian Islands were in line for high waves, but there are some very high mountains on many of the islands. Haleakala (on Maui) is maybe 10,000 feet high.

True. I was in Maui in 1994. That was a time of unusually high waves. I tried to go snorkeling, but a huge wave dashed me against the beach, so I gave up.
Key: Complain about this post
