Unfortunately I think my number will start to go down because I think some of the posts were made about this time yesterday. Actually, since I am making new posts now, it should stay about the same.

Sadly, I think I am going to fall from the least soon as I have to go to bed. I have to be up at 6am to go to college.

I think perhaps the best method of govt. would be to scrap the party system and just have all candidates standing as independents, then each constituency knows exactly who it is voting for and the MP would be directly accountable to the constituents. Perhaps shortening the length of parliament to. Then when we have a house full of independents they decide amongst themselves who will be in the cabinet and who will be leader. The problem I have with parties is that they can call a 3 line whip and make their MPs tow party line even if that is not what an MPs constituents want.

Yeah thats always a problem, assuming your making it a competition (how could it NOT be a competition? ) The key to one moment of fame on the list is to a) be online and posting for 24 hours, and b) always make next posting shorter than one before, so that you have definite increase

Problem with many independents is it would take ages to get anything done

Dictatorship would work well if you had a good dictator. However, I think that Democracy is the best form of government when you have a bad leader.
