The easy way would be to say it was the day you first wrote something on your userpage. Then your birthday is October 21st, 1999.
You *should* be able to find the day you registred as well, but it will take a lot of hard work. Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/newusers and start searching for yourself!
