It's a series of cleverly-positioned table cells with black and white backgrounds.
Quite nice, though - one of the better uses of table-art I've seen.

It's only going to be a very small group with just one Christian. 
Seriously though it's up to you. Often people put up a message saying ACEs don't bother. There's nothing to stop you saying hello anyway if you feel inclined to do so, but the normal links aren't likely to be required.
