How about the Eblat?
Arcan Cirick - Keeper of Silly Horses and all things Entertainingly Equine Started conversation Sep 20, 2002
The thing really needed in English is "Eblat"! Many other languages have a word for the 24-hrs. period that goes from midnight to midnight. A single word, a noun, but the otherwise very widespread and extended English language is sadly without such a word.
If I promise to vote in favour of the "Thing" as the new name for the fourth day in the week, would you help me do something about the Eblat?

No, an eblat! The result of a long and winded discussion forum somewhere in the deep past of this here Guide, read about it somewhere. Before the new BBC-noderators came into unlife!
An eblat; (noun) the period of time from midnight to midnight; i.e. 24 hrs.
