tip the glass forwards (i.e *away* from your mouth) but sort of suck/drink it before it goes to far. when you finish the cup, you'll want to burp a little (goes with trying to glug air and water, I guess.) Do so, and you hicupps will be gone! This *DOES* work - I try and tell people but they never believe me.
