Carn (Aus) = Come on
I don't know why he's saying it now. The Brisbane Lions have already won the Australian Football League Premiership for 2001.
The season is over and NOW he starts supporting them. Typical fair-weather supporter

You're right there ER.
I am a fair weather supporter.
My brother wears Lions shirts and caps and bought a tape of the club song.
I just tune in to the last quarter of the grand final and cheer.
Still it saves a lot of effort, not having to cheer the team on to the very last.
