...and I'm back.
I clicked on the link at the voting page; my mail client opened up and I sent them an email. It hasn't bounced (yet) so it looks like the problem may be at your end, Red. What mail client do you use?

That makes sense Peet. Ever since I installed Mac OSX10.4 tiger I've been having problems. I don't exactly know what it's called - it came with the operating system. It's driving me round the twist, only some people get my emails, and it's forever prompting me to put in my password.

Get a hold of "Thunderbird" and give that a try.
The "Compressed disk image" for Mac OSX is at http://download.mozilla.org/?product=thunderbird-1.0.6&os=osx&lang=en-US
If you don't know what to do with it, ask over at A690653 ... (I'm a , but I've never used OSX. )

It's good to see Jack on there, although somebody apparently already has the necessary 50% of first preference votes, so second preferences may not be counted.

Croz wouldn't say so as not to spoil the ballot.

You should be. Everybody knows that ducks are the secret to winning elections. Why else did the ducks send Bush the Deadly Pretzal?

GodBen (The Magical Astronomer) - 00000011 Posted Sep 29, 2005
Because the ducks are anti-gun while Bush is pro-gun.

EvilClaw: The Catmanthing Posted Sep 29, 2005
Nonsense. You have but to watch Looney Tunes to realize that the ducks are very pro-ducks-having-guns.

Yes, but you just have to watch Looney Tunes to know that Ducks are very anti-human-or-other-animal-having-guns.
