Unfortunatly The Unrevocable Article Seven says that any person Claiming to Be Head Loses any seblence of right to his claim, and indeed his claim if he removes the Main Continuity Shield generator.

I think i see a flaw with that plan, if none of us can claim to be head, then surely we'll all have and lose the jobe one after another until it ends up with the highest rankingnperson without vocal skills, which is... *points* THAT penguin! And anyway, when i became head, i abolished all existing rules
