I'm pretty sure it was one of the other cast members that wore pink shirts. Maybe it was the one I saw at the memorabilia geek-thing a few years ago, but couldn't be bothered to bug for an autograph or anything because he didn't play an interesting character. That does look like the Jack coat however, I wonder how they became muddled 
Oh, but I can't break our daleks because we can't replace them. BBc daleks however need spray painting pink
