Well, okay. And now you are experiencing something quite else. That you are accepted here. Does that help? Hope so.
We're ALL just weirdos, after all is said and done . . .

I'm not wierd either, I'm perfectly normal.
Rillington, the crucial thing to remeber is that when they first meet you - that first 30 seconds in which people form their most lasting opinions of you, they don't know your sexuality. Homosexuality is so discreet amongst people, no-one could know. What people can generally tell in those first few seconds is that someone has a grievance or a chip on their shoulder and that leads to hostility.
Personally the only problems I've had with my sexuality have gome from other gay blokes, making me feel like I'm not really gay because I don't fit into certain categories. From the hetties, I've had no trouble (though you're still all mean az ) but I don't expect trouble from them. It does seem that you do, because of some bad experiences. That's perfectly understandable, but it's a real shame. Some of the breeders are lovely people and you miss out on that

I think there is a lot of discrimination within the gay community, mostly being if you don't fit the boxes of total perfection you are made to feel inferior. Mercifully, that tends to be from the scene queens and I can't be doing with them anyway. I am lucky that I don't care what others think of me so it doesn't bother me but it's still such a shame but I guess those people don't care about anything anyway, apart from making sure they spend all their money on the latest fashion accessory to try to out-do their so-caleld friends.

Rillington, I have this sneaking feeling you are going to end up slowly offending everybody one by one. Just a sneaking feeling. Just a little one.
Although addmitedly I dont have the time for that anymore, nor the money >>> <<<

I see the amended house rules are up and I am glad that sexual orientation is now mentioned. I think the wording makes it crystal clear, saying that homophobic content is now not allowed whilst giving people the opportunity to discuss homosexuality objectively, but respectfully. Well done.

Well I think this is an important point and it sends out a message that homophobic abuse is NOT condoned and the fact that the rules have been changed to include this is something that should be noted and is something I applaud. So, yes, on this issue I am happy.

Well all he's done on this thread is whinge, beat his chest, rent his robes and cry "Poor Me", he's accused us heterosexuals of being homophobic with out getting to know anyone in the thread and then expects us to dance with him when he gets what he wants.
He sounds like Alex when she can't get her own way and has a "Princess Fit"

Quite right RG. Rillington does seem to bang on about discrimination an awful lot, and then does exactly the same thing when he starts picking out 'scene queens' and 'faghags' and 'chundermonkeys'...
Lx
... I made the last one up, but it sounds good
