Having done a little search on h2g2 on various subjects to see if there are any real live wires, the amount of dust congregating in corners is huge.
I have no peer group - i do not belong to any club or group as im sure do many others.
What h2g2 needs is some ENTHUSIASM AND LIFE - the best way to achieve this is not to boycont "trolls" but to accept that they have something to give. Perhaps even that they are trying to achieve something.
If you tarnish posters with lowly motives and punish them for this in classic h2g2 mode, then this site will be a be a slowwwly deteriorating club for your university or college friends, or those who think the same as you.
If you want it to be a active inspiring site for anyone with enthusiasm and joy then you need to change.
