Piped into a church? You're marrying a haggis?!?! Every man to his own I suppose, but I prefer my sheep alive...the thrill of the chase I think.
...err, you know how there's a lot of grass to be cut in Princes Street Gardens? They wouldn't happen to use biological lawnmowers would they?

Geez, you have skiing sheep in edimbra (I'm drunk, I'm allowed to say the city that dare not speak its name)? No wonder the best Brit skiers are Scottish.
I vote for LQ (narrowly against window shopping)

He would have won apart from that cheating Austrian sheep letting him catch her.
For something Irish for your piper, how about The Sick Bed of Cuchulainn by the Pogues. You could pass lyric sheets around and have the congregation join in.

Right, you 'orrible lot, I have booked me flights, so there is no escape, I will be there on the day. That said, can anyone point me in the direction of a cheap, yet clean, B&B style establishment, that will put up with me staggering in at two in the morning and asking where Tom is.

Before I remembered it's my brother's fortieth birthday on the 24th, I was going to suggest a snooker tournament in the likes of Marco's. But if I'm not there, I don't mind what you get up to...

Actually, I've done Camera Obscura as a child and remember it being quite good! Well, I was young, so thats my disclaimer if we go there and end up hating it!
I'm calling my bro tonight Babel, so I'll give info on that tomorrow.
You know it may be a blessing in disguise that my laptop is out of action. I've done so much more work than I would have done otherwise!

So Munchkin is definately coming up.
SPINY, does this mean you cannot make it what so ever, or might be able to pop along in the afternoon for a bit before shooting off early to attend to family stuff again? (you'd think the guy didn't like us or something )

I think you're right, Babel. Either he doesn't like us, or he doean't like Edinburgh. Mind you, he stayed all evening when we were in Glasgow...

That could be a possible explanation, of course.

I only implied it. IRL could be an acronym for many things. It was you who said 'those words'!
